Some of our customers have had issues where certain buttons or menu items are unavailable or missing. If you want to reset the initial view, you can apply the Reset View feature in Microsoft Outlook 2010 or later versions.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select a folder that you want to reset it’s view, click View > Change View, and specify a view mode from the drop down list you will restore to initial view.
  2. Click View > Reset View.
  3. There will be a pop-up warning dialog box. Click the Yes button in the dialog box.
